BabeSafe orders with free shipping are shipped from New Zealand via their postal system, and delivery takes about 7 to 10 business days. BabeSafe orders with rush delivery are shipped US priority mail from Parker, Colorado and take about 3 to 4 business days. International orders are shipped from New Zealand and may take 10 to 14 business days for delivery, may depend on country's local postal delivery operations.

What is our Return Policy?

Returns/refunds of BabeSafe mattress covers shipped from New Zealand or the United States are available only where the mattress cover has arrived in damaged condition or BabeSafe, or Babysnugglebugs.com has shipped the wrong size mattress cover. Returns/refunds are not available where the customer incorrectly measured their mattress or ordered the wrong size mattress cover.

What is our Exchange Policy?

If BabeSafe mattress cover package hasn't been opened it can be exchanged. Shipping may be charged depending on the reason for the exchange. If the BabeSafe mattress cover package has been opened, then we don't exchange.

BabeSafe, nor Babysnugglebugs.com can not accept "returns for any reason", because; Once purchaser opens the BabeSafe mattress cover package, the cover has no return value. A BabeSafe cover is a safety product, and therefore must be sold in it's original packaged condition to maintain the manufacturer's guarantee both in respect to the mattress cover and in respect to the provided instructions.
